Order Lead Time

How much time do I need?

Art should never be rushed.  The more time to tweak and perfect the process of creating the perfect cake,

especially with fondant or sugar gum paste elements, the better!

At least two weeks lead time is preferred and longer is better, especially if special items might

need to be ordered (such as fondant molds) for your particular design.

 

One week is sometimes sufficient depending on how full my schedule is.

 

While a few days notice is never advisable and I can't promise anything, I've been known to

kick into action and get a fantastic cake done in 24 hours! (but please know that is rarely possible)

(once design has been decided upon a 50% deposit is required before any ordering of special items or work is begun)
