Once just a hobby, and made with love for only close friends & family, I balked at designing cakes as a business for many, many years.  But at the constant urging of happy recipients I am now available for custom orders!

Committed to serving up stunning creations that people often don't want to cut into, I also know the importance of making sure those center pieces are as moist and delicious as they are beautiful. Inspired by old family recipes, wonderful and amazing chefs from around the world, and the inspirational ideas that clients bring to me, I am always looking forward to the next challenge.
